Flint and steel, a tried and true method of starting fires. In this video, I wanted to show you how to start a fire with a primitive flint and steel technique. This is a great skill to have and it’s saved me in a tough spot more than once! I always carry this kit with me when I’m on the trail. I’ll teach you how to use flint and steel, gather a tinder bundle, and make char-cloth. Now go try it yourself!
