About the Role: Our premier client is seeking a Key Holder to provide exceptional guest experience and support their retail team in the day-to-day operations. This Key Holder will be tasked with providing an exceptional guest and cash-desk experience, supporting in merchandising, back-of-house management, product receiving and replenishment and overall floor recovery. They will play a key role in the store’s day-to-day operations by overseeing the team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational standards. They will ensure that the store principles are followed, providing exceptional guest experience through quality education, relationship building and by delivering a best -in-class Sitka brand experience.

Key Responsibilities • Open and close the store as needed, ensuring security protocols are followed. • Supervise the floor during shifts, managing staff to ensure smooth operations. • Assist in cash management, including opening/closing the registers and handling any discrepancies Guest Experience • Lead by example in delivering excellent guest experience. • Address and resolve guest concerns in a professional and timely manner. • Support team members in meeting and exceeding guest expectations. Team Leadership • Supervise, train, and motivate store associates. • Provide feedback and guidance to staff, ensuring continuous development. • Help to monitor attendance and manager staff performance. Sales and Performance • Assist in driving sales through excellent product knowledge and service. • Support management in achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators. • Monitor and replenish stock levels to meet customer demands. • Assist in merchandising displays and maintaining store cleanliness. • Oversee stock replenishment and organization. About the Role: Our premier client is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to join our team for the opening of our Maple Grove, Minnesota store. In this role, you will report to the Store Manager. You will provide leadership support and direction to the store team and successfully execute company strategies. You will help coach and motivate a team of brand advocates who in turn will provide a premium customer experience. You drive store profitability by upholding store operational and visual merchandising standards. You have a customer first mindset, and thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing entrepreneurial environments.
This is not a remote position. This is a contract position located in Maple Grove, MN
General Job Duties:
Model brand service standards to help drive excellent customer experience
Coach the store team on company standard of customer service, brand identify, product, and operations
Create and support a culture of customer engagement amongst your team
Provide a timely response to daily, weekly, and monthly tasks assigned by Store Manager
Ensure timely execution of distributed goals and tasks assigned to the sales staff
Execute opening and closing procedures
Become a brand expert
Assist in inventory procedures, allocation, and replenishment, third party orders, shipping, receiving, cycle counting etc.
Work with the Visual Merchandiser to uphold merchandising standards to create an appealing in-store experience
Maintain cleanliness of the store by executing and upholding cleaning standards
Operate the POS to complete all sales, returns and exchange transactions effectively and accurately
Assist with store events
Qualifications & Experience:
Positive attitude that goes above and beyond for customers.
1+ years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
Previous retail knowledge (POS, Inventory, customer service, and sales) preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of outdoor gear preferred.
Must love outdoors, hunting knowledge preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Stand for the duration of the shift.
Move and process shipments.
Ability to lift 45 lbs.
Operate general office equipment (phones, computers etc.)
